The Work

For over a decade, I've worked with founders who were already good and still under-positioned.

Smart operators. Real wins. Clients they helped. Receipts they didn't show. The story they told about themselves was years behind the work they were doing.

Fifteen years in brand. Ten years architecting personal brand authority for founders.

Visibility used to be the answer. Now it's the floor. Visibility without authority is just noise. Authority without infrastructure is a personality, not a business. The Build closes the gap between the work and the way the work is recognized.

"Most founders don't have a visibility problem. They have an authority problem."

I build the system that makes the authority repeatable. AI-powered marketing infrastructure trained in your voice. IP that holds. Positioning that travels. A brand that compounds while you're in the rooms that matter.

The Rebuild

I rebuilt this consultancy from a sickbed.

In 2017, one week after my 36th birthday and six months after marrying the love of my life, I was diagnosed with stage three triple-positive breast cancer.

I was at the peak of my career. Booked. Building. Then the diagnosis stopped everything.

During treatment, I kept working in the only way I could - I rebuilt the business around the question I'd been avoiding: if I had to build it from scratch right now, what would I actually keep?

Most of it didn't survive that question. What did is the methodology underneath The Build today. The clients who came through that era are still in my receipts.

Cancer didn't change the work. It clarified it.

The Juicy Brand Method

Three pillars. One outcome.

Pillar 01

Clarity

The foundation underneath the marketing.

What you actually do. Who you actually serve. What you stand against. Most positioning fails not because the work is weak but because the language is generic. Clarity is the part that has to be right before anything else gets built.

Pillar 02

Authority

The right output, in the rooms that recognize it.

Authority is not visibility. It's not output volume. It's the output that gets cited, recommended, repeated. The Build trains AI and humans alike to read your work as authoritative. That's the actual conversion lever.

Pillar 03

Leverage

Systems that let the brand run when you're not in the room.

Personal energy doesn't scale. The Build installs the infrastructure that produces, publishes, and compounds while you do other work. The methodology became a product because the methodology already ran on a system.

What I Don't Do

The work I won't take.

I am not a social media manager.

I build the system. Your team or your agency runs it. The Build is infrastructure work, not execution labor.

I do not sell motivation.

This is strategy, infrastructure, and IP. Not mindset work. Not encouragement. The work assumes you are already capable and overstimulated.

I do not build random AI tools.

Every Build is sequenced behind positioning. No prompt libraries. No toolkits without a system underneath. If the strategy isn't right, the tools don't matter.

Non-Negotiables

How the work gets done.

01

Calm, decisive thinking.

Urgency is not a strategy. Every Build is paced for clarity, not adrenaline. The thinking gets done before the building starts.

02

Receipts over reach.

Proof beats promises. Every Build is anchored in the work that came before it. I'd rather show one client transformation than promise ten outcomes.

03

Systems that compound.

If it doesn't compound, I don't build it. Every Build has to keep paying off after the engagement ends. Otherwise it isn't worth the price.

The Build

Built for the rooms that already know.

Four productized engagements. One outcome: authority infrastructure that compounds without you in the room.
